Orchestrated all things creative within the the Silicon Valley startup company – Distilled the vision of the founder, lead the building of the brand; lead and designed the product Hatch Messenger; and help develop the go-to-market strategy.

Our methodology is to use qualitative research to backed up quantitative data, which we built into strategies or digital products. Notable clients include: Mayo Clinic, Proctor & Gamble, Rhode Island School of Design, Waterfire and Steps Foundation.

Started an annual conference designed to inspire the world to take on challenging environmental and social issues. We bring together speakers, presenters a from all round the world, attracting an average of 1,000 attendees.

Singapore Army 
Lieutenant, 2002-2005
Trained and deployed as a military officer as Company Second-in-command in Singapore’s Basic Military Training Centre. I oversaw 200 men, focusing on planning and execution of training. 

Bike and Build 
2009

Cycled 4,000 miles across the country, from Providence RI to Seattle, to raise money and awareness for affordable housing.
